I built a custom digital marketing funnel designed to attract, engage, and convert high-intent users. This involved creating top-of-funnel content that resonated with their target audience and using advanced tracking to trigger personalized experiences, leading to a much higher conversion rate.

Stage 1: Attracting the Right Audience

Instead of casting a wide net, I developed highly-focused content around specific search intent. Using GA4 event tracking, I was able to identify and optimize content that held user attention the longest, ensuring I was attracting not just clicks, but quality, engaged traffic.

Stage 2: Converting with Precision

To avoid annoying users, I set up Google Tag Manager and JavaScript to trigger a lead form only after a user demonstrated deep engagement. This smart approach led to a 42% increase in email signups and built a list of highly qualified leads, rather than just casual browsers.

Stage 3: Building a Relationship, Automatically

Each new signup was automatically enrolled in a custom email nurture sequence. E-commerce Page: A Strategic Conversion Engine

This page was designed to drive conversions while also serving a higher strategic purpose. I implemented a clean, distraction-free layout with high-quality visuals and clear product details. However, instead of a traditional checkout with payment automation, I integrated a WhatsApp order system.

While this could be seen as a bottleneck, it was a deliberate choice for this local startup with limited resources. This approach created a direct, one-on-one interaction point with every customer, which was essential for building trust and reinforcing the brand's identity. This solution was implemented using strong problem-solving skills to turn a constraint into an invaluable opportunity for customer relationship-building and list generation for future marketing efforts.

Building a full-funnel website is the first step, but it requires continuous support to drive traffic. I laid the groundwork for this by identifying key topics and keywords for relevant blog posts and social media content. For the final step, I streamlined the checkout process to prevent cart abandonment. The design was simple and secure, with minimal form fields and clear progress indicators. This custom approach ensured a smooth and trustworthy experience, closing the loop on the full-funnel strategy.
